Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, glycerine, stevia, guar gum, lecithin, natural orange flavour, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.

Suggested dose for adults: Take 1 tablespoon (15ml) two times daily with food or as directed by your health care practitioner. May be mixed with your favourite beverage.

Caution: If pregnant or breastfeeding consult your health care practitioner prior to use.

Primary Action: The primary action of this formula is to supply essential minerals for the body with emphasis on calcium and magnesium.  It is formulated in such a way as to maximize its absorption and utilization.  

Specifically, calcium, magnesium, and zinc citrate have been shown to be optimal chelating agents because they:

•    optimize the absorption of these specific minerals
•    prevent the formation of kidney stones
•    are easily ionized
•    are almost completely utilized and degraded
•    have no toxicity

As an added benefit, approximately 95% of citrate, a Krebs cycle intermediate, is utilized for the production of energy with the remainder excreted in the urine.

Vitamin D3 is well known for its ability to stimulate the absorption and utilization of calcium.
