Suggested dose for adults: 1 teaspoon per day in water or juice on an empty stomach or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Primary action: Bilberry and Eyebright work synergistically to fight eye fatigue, reduce night blindness and retard macular degeneration and cataract formation. They also increase sharpness of vision.

This product is a low alcohol combination 1:1 extract (100g per 100mL) of 40g Bilberry and 60g Eyebright in a 100mL base of 20% ethanol and 80% distilled water. Although more care is needed for proper extraction, the lower than normal alcohol content preserves the active ingredients in each of the herbs. This promotes maximum activity.
