Suggested dose for adults: 1 teaspoon 1-2 times per day in water or juice on an empty stomach or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Primary action: Kava Kava produces pain relief, has sedative effects and relaxes muscle. In Germany Kava Kava has been approved for the treatment of nervous anxiety, restlessness and insomnia. It has been shown that the root extracts are more effective than whole plant extracts because the root contains a wider spectrum of the various Kavalactones that make up the family of Kavalactones. This is the family of compounds responsible for the effects of Kava Kava. However, it has also been shown that a crude extract is much more effective than pure Kavalactones.

This product is a 1:1 non alcohol water-based extract (100g per 100mL).
