Suggested dose for adults: 1 capsule 3 times daily on an empty stomach or as directed by your health care practitioner.
Caution: If using any hypoglycaemic medications you may have to decrease the dosage.

R-Alpha Lipoic Acid is a potent antioxidant that sensitizes insulin receptors and appears to enhance glucose uptake by the muscles by effecting muscle protein content and offers protection against diabetic symptoms. The R+Form has at least a 60% higher absorbability and utilization than regular alpha lipoic acid in a mixed (racemic) product, which would include the S-form.
Chromium Polynicotinate facilitates the effects of insulin and aids in the uptake of glucose into cells. It is a key factor in the glucose tolerance factor.
Vanadyl Sulphate mimics insulin and improves glucose tolerance.
Banaba Leaf and Momordica Charantia (Bitter Melon) are botanicals that have potent blood-glucose lowering properties.
