Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs (NSAID's) are the most common therapy for arthritis. They often cause bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract in close to 25,000 people a year in Canada and the U.S. Evidence also exists that these drugs, including ASA, accelerate the destructive nature of osteoarthritis.
Glucosamine Sulphate is a naturally occurring substance that stimulates the formation of cartilage without side effects. Double blind studies have shown that this harmless amino sugar, normally present in the body, is superior to commonly prescribed arthritis drugs.
The purity of the glucosamine sulphate used in Arthriplex is greater than 98.9%, guaranteed to be the purest available. Arthriplex is manufactured by a pharmaceutical licensed manufacturer to strict GMP standards. No magnesium stearate has been used during processing. It is also sodium free.
The glucosamine used in this formula is the D form only. The D form is the only form recognized by the human body as opposed to the L form, which is not. Glucosamine used in other company's brands will normally contain roughly equal amounts of d and L forms due to processing limitations from the raw source. We have overcome this limitation and therefore, Arthriplex contains 500mg of fully bioactive glucosamine sulphate.
Arthriplex also contains herbs that have anti-inflammatory properties especially beneficial in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and muscle and joint pain. All herbs meet strict quality control procedures.

Cellulase
